Tracy Brunette is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of experience in pediatrics and women’s health, and 5 years in aesthetic medicine. As the founder and medical director of Bloom Aesthetics, she opened our first location in McMinnville in 2019.
Tracy graduated from Montana State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Subsequently, she pursued her Family Nurse Practitioner Degree, graduating with honors in 2010 from Gonzaga University.
As a highly skilled Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner with a solid foundation in healthcare, Tracy excels in her profound understanding of facial anatomy and exceptional expertise in facial balancing. Meaghan is a Registered Nurse Injector with over 12 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in aesthetic nursing.
Meaghan graduated from Pioneer Pacific College in 2012 with her LPN and obtained her Registered Nursing License in 2020. After graduating, Meaghan worked in a pediatric private practice setting before transitioning to a hospital setting, specializing as a sedation nurse for endoscopy procedures and medical surgery.
As an Aesthetic RN, her delicate touch and extensive experience in the art of injecting allow her clients to undergo procedures with minimal discomfort. Meaghan’s commitment to ensuring a comfortable experience has earned her a reputation as the go-to nurse injector for those seeking a pain-free aesthetic journey. She goes above and beyond by providing comprehensive education to her patients, believing that informed decisions lead to the most satisfying outcomes. By combining her artistic eye with scientific precision, she navigates the aging process, creating tailored plans that enhance and maintain each individual’s natural beauty. Outside of work, you can find Meaghan on the sidelines watching her kids play sports, including soccer, baseball, basketball, and Jiu-Jitsu. Madison is an Advanced Esthetician with over 8 years of experience in Esthiology.
Madison graduated from Aveda Institute + Spectrum Advanced Aesthetics in 2016 with a Certified Advanced Esthetician license. After graduating, she worked as a customer service manager and pursued her Instructor’s license, eventually becoming an Esthetics Instructor at Spectrum Advanced Aesthetics. As an Advanced Esthetician, she is known for her detailed and meticulous approach to the treatments she provides. Madison initiates each client’s journey with a thorough and comprehensive skin assessment. Her keen eye for detail allows her to identify unique characteristics, concerns, and underlying conditions that may influence the treatment approach. Recognizing that no two skins are alike, she selects a combination of advanced esthetic procedures that precisely target individual concerns, creating a roadmap for achieving optimal results. Madison takes the time to educate her

Tamara is Bloom’s Clinic Manager and Patient Care Specialist.
Tamara went to school for Paramedicine. After receiving her EMS degree in 2011, she found herself working in a variety of positions, including phlebotomy, accounting, health insurance, administration, and healthcare management over the last 13 years.
Tamara’s professional journey revolves around making patient care memorable and streamlining clinic operations. In her role, she brings a personal touch to leadership, fostering a collaborative environment built on teamwork, open communication, and a patient-centered approach. For Tamara, it’s not just about managing a clinic; it’s about creating an atmosphere where everyone feels valued and cared for, both staff and patients alike.
Tamara is a Renaissance woman with a knack for theater arts, fishing adventures, and embracing the chaos of family life. She has turned her home into a DIY playground, transforming her twin boys into pint-sized masters of drywall, plumbing, and cabinetry.

Dionne is a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator at Bloom, where she combines her background in psychology with her passion for enhancing patient experiences. She earned her degree in Psychology and Human Development and Family Science in 2019, equipping her with valuable insights into human behavior and interpersonal dynamics.
Following her graduation, Dionne cultivated her skills in education, customer support, and sales, consistently focusing on people-centric roles. Her professional journey is marked by a commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of those she serves, ensuring a compassionate and effective approach to patient care.
With a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving, Dionne excels in coordinating patient services and fostering positive relationships within the healthcare community. Outside of her professional endeavors, Dionne enjoys spending time outdoors, exercising, baking and traveling with her partner.
Jamaica graduated from the Linfield School of Nursing in 2014, specializing in Pediatric Emergency. After working in the ER through COVID, she took a break from hospital work and transitioned to a role as an Infusion Nurse. Jamaica and her husband, David, are proud parents of two wonderful kids, Maddi and Aiden, and a spirited 2-year-old pup named Appa.
Beyond her nursing career, Jamaica channels her passion for health and wellness as a barre3 instructor. Her classes reflect her deep belief in the transformative power of movement and full-body wellness, guiding others to discover balance and strength, both physically and mentally.
When she’s not at work, Jamaica enjoys traveling to exotic beaches, listening to live music, wine tasting with friends, and exploring the great outdoors.
Jade is a Certified Advanced Esthetician specializing in skin transformations and laser treatments. She has been working in esthetics for over five years since graduating from the Aesthetics Institute. Jade has experience in high-end medspas as a Certified Advanced Esthetician, as an instructor and esthetic educator at the Aesthetics Institute, and in esthetic marketing. Clients often praise her for the education and support she provides, as well as her expertise and skill in treating darker Fitzpatrick skin types.
Outside of work, Jade loves spending time with her family, exploring new restaurants, traveling to new destinations, and petting all the dogs she can find. Originally from the Bay Area, she has grown to love the PNW and everything it has to offer. Fun fact: this is now the third wine country she’s lived in! Alysha is an Advanced Esthetician with over 4 years of experience in Esthiology.
Alysha graduated from Phagans & Spectrum Advanced Esthetics Institute with her Basic Esthetics license in February 2020. She then obtained her Advanced Esthetics License in January 2022. After graduating, she started working as an independent contractor esthetician.
As an Advanced Esthetician, she is renowned for her dynamic work in facial massage. Alysha’s extensive knowledge of facial anatomy and her intuitive understanding of pressure points allow her to tailor each massage to the unique needs of her clients. Whether it’s relieving tension, promoting circulation, or enhancing skin vitality, Alysha’s hands seem to possess an innate wisdom that leaves clients glowing from the inside out.

Megan graduated from Oregon Health & Science University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After graduating, she accepted a position in the emergency department at OHSU and traveled through Greece for 3 weeks for her honeymoon.
As an Aesthetic RN, Megan possesses a calming presence and exceptional attention to detail. She has a skill for soothing patient anxieties through a combination of education and warmth. Her commitment to explaining procedures thoroughly and creating a welcoming environment reflects her belief that informed and comfortable patients achieve the best outcomes. Whether administering neurotoxins, dermal fillers, or other non-surgical treatments, she approaches each procedure with precision and artistry. Her goal is not just to enhance features but to create a harmonious and natural-looking result that complements the unique beauty of each individual. Megan loves traveling, dirt biking, wine tasting, tending to her houseplants, and spending time with loved ones. Currently, she is working on learning Spanish with the aim of achieving bilingual proficiency. Simultaneously, she is completing her master’s in nursing to obtain licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
