Cancellation Policies

In our desire to be effective and fair the following policies are honored. Bloom Aesthetics holds a 48 hours cancelation policy. If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notification it is considered a cancellation. Our cancellation policy helps us maintain strong relationships for our clients and providers. Our appointments are important not only for our providers but they ensure our clients have dedicated time and a high-quality experience at every visit.

  • For cancellations and reschedules with more than 48 hours notice, there will be no fee.
  • For No-Shows, this will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
  • For late arrivals more than 15 mins, this will be considered a cancellation and subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
  • For cancellations and reschedules with less than 48 hours notice, there is a $100 cancelation fee.
  • For clients canceling within 48 hours that have pre-purchased a package or treatment, $100.00 will be deducted from your pre-paid package/treatment costs.

Prior to receiving a treatment or using a product, you should check with your primary care provider for any contraindications.

Child Policy

For the comfort and safety of our providers and our guests, we ask that young children do not accompany clients during their visit.

  • Our space contains fragile medical equipment and supplies, our medical practitioners are unable to perform services safely while a child is in the room without direct supervision. If you are receiving a service, you are unable to provide necessary supervision. This is for your child’s safety as well as your own.
  • We offer a range of services, but many of our clients enter our space with the intention to relax. We must maintain a quiet environment for those in the lobby and in-service.
  • In the instance that a client is under the age of 18 and is receiving one of our treatments, we require that a legal guardian be present during both the consultation and treatment. It is the legal guardian’s responsibility to sign all consents and monitor their child’s behavior during the visit.

Pet Policy

As much as we love our furry companions, Bloom Aesthetics is not a good environment for pets. Pets or other animals shall not be permitted in our facility at any time. This prohibition does not apply to trained Working Service Animals.

The ADA defines “service animals” as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medication, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability.

ESA (Emotional Support Animals) are not regarded as Working Service Animals and are not permitted in our space.

Noise Policy

We work to create a consistent and peaceful environment. This includes sound absorbing features, music, and soft voices to block outside noise that may interfere with treatment.  We ask that you stay mindful of your phone and vocal volume in our space. Our space is open and at times can rebound noise.
