Monthly payments will be automatically debited from your account on the date you choose when enrolling. There is no sign-up fee or cancellation fee. A 30 day notice is required if you wish to cancel your membership. Current members may upgrade at any time. The monthly membership fee will be applied as a credit in your Bloom patient wallet. Full value can be applied towards all treatment services Bloom has to offer. A minimum 3-month agreement is required at the time of enrollment. Membership credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Typical appointments are $500-$800 every 3-4 months. Banking your money ahead of time helps budget for your self-care services and spreads your payments out.
Your card on file will be charged every month and your membership fee will be applied to your account for you to use.
We ask that you give us 30 days notice if you need to freeze or cancel your membership.
Your banked money can be used on any products or services. Additionally, you may exchange it for a monthly facial with derma planing (Bend location only)
